NJ Audubon: Mushroom Meander
Guided, educational walk led by Dorothy Smullen, Teacher/Naturalist
Join Dorothy at the Scherman Hoffman Wildlife Sanctuary on a guided, on-trail presentation about the importance of mushrooms to our forests. She will be handing out guides to the edible “Foolproof Four” and other fungi groups.
Dorothy Smullen is a naturalist and former high school science educator. She was the President of the New Jersey Mycological Association and the Northeastern Mycological Federation. She received her MA in Biology from Brooklyn College, and in 2016 received the North American Mycological Association's 2016 Gary Lincoff Award for Contributions to Amateur Mycology.

$6 members, $10 non-members. The program is limited to 15 people.
