Nature Lover’s Book Club to read: The World Is Our Classroom Calling all nature enthusiasts and book worms for the Bucks County Audubon Society Nature Lover’s Book Club to be held at the Doylestown Bookshop every 4th Thursday of the month at 6:15pm! This month, on August 22, we shall be reading and discussing “Owls and Other Fantasies” by Mary Oliver. The group is open to anyone who has a passion for the environment and wants to share and discuss with like-minded individuals. In this book of over 20 poems and essays by Mary Oliver, she creatively describes the birds that have been an important part of her life – from herons to kingfishers and owls to crows! To get started on your reading journey, visit our blog site, www.natureloversbookclub.blogspot.com! Here you will find discussion questions, future book lists, and a link to purchase the book (at discount!) from the Doylestown Bookshop. We welcome your insights and input for these readings!
