The Bucks County SPCA wants your help! Volunteers are needed to foster animals in their transition from homelessness to adoption. Foster experiences are especially important for kittens to help them get a good start during the early weeks of life, a period when being with people is so important to their development. There are also fostering opportunities for other shelter animals. The commitment can be a few weeks or longer, depending on the needs of the animal and your availability. The SPCA will provide everything the foster animal will need — you add the love. Training for new foster volunteers will be held on Monday, September 9, at 6 PM at the Lahaska facility. Registration in advance is required. For more information, please email “firstname.lastname@example.org" or visit the shelter’s website, BCSPCA.ORG.
